Trip to Juneau

Our boat trip to Juneau yesterday was a big success with beautiful weather though hot. We saw both humpback and orca (killer) whales, sea lions, arctic terns, dall sheep and one black bear. The trip was about 12 hours with 3 hours in Juneau and 1 hour at the Mendenhall Glacier. The sea lions had many babies as you can see but I could not get a really good picture of the whales, although we saw a lot of the whales. The Mendenhall glacier was awesome. We are in Haines Junction on the Alaska Highway tonight and the good weather is holding.
